The International Multidisciplinary Course on Iron Deficiency (IMCID) is an international conference organised with the unrestricted support of PharmaNutra in partnership with Zambon S.A.U.

This year in its eighth edition, the goal of the IMCID is to present, with an international, multidisciplinary approach, the most recent scientific results and insights on iron deficiency, to analyse the effects and results of the treatments in various clinical settings, including paediatrics and neonatology, obstetrics, gynaecology, gastroenterology, cardiology, oncology, PBM (patient blood management) and pre-clinical research.

The International Multidisciplinary Course on Iron Deficiency (IMCID) programme targets physicians and researchers from all over the world, who wish to discuss and share results on the most recent evidence concerning the many ways to treat iron deficiency, which today is still the main cause of anaemia, as well as the most common nutritional deficiency worldwide.
